Method of Making Appointments. (i) The successful applicant for a permanent full-time vacancy will fill the vacancy within six weeks (6) from the date the employee was awarded the vacancy unless there are circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Employer (ii) The successful applicant for a temporary full-time vacancy will fill the vacancy within ten (10) calendar days from the date the employee was awarded the vacancy unless there are circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Employer.
