Middle/High School Workday -. The length of the employee’s work day at the Middle/High School level will be from 7:20 a.m. to 2:50 p.m. There will be no more than thirty (30) minute deviation from the above times. The District, with the employee’s approval may request an employee to deviate from the above times. No more than 10% of the employees in a given building may be so affected. On two (2) Thursdays per month, the school day will be extended 3:50 p.m. and, on one designated Tuesday per month, to 3:20 p.m. for secondary teachers for professional meetings, if scheduled. On Fridays and days prior to holidays, the employees’ normal leaving time will be 2:38 p.m., unless professional duties require the employee’s presence.

  • Millwright Xxxxx be to assist and work under the direction and instructions I or A. He will work alone at times performing assignments in keeping with his training. In addition to the foregoing, he will be exposed to and the process of learning techniques required in trouble shooting key production machinery, pipe fitting, basic welding and machining but not be expected to display a high degree of proficiency in these areas at this point. Millwright Must be capable of performing the tasks of fittings, aligning, lubricating an able to operate all shop tools and machines. Must under direction become proficient in basic welding and pipe fitting as well as dismantling and reassembly of plant equipment. Under direction,will continueto develop skills in trouble shooting all plant equipment and improve his skills at machining part and be exposed to basic principles of hydraulics and pneumatic. He may work alone frequently, but occasionally will require direction and instructions form Millwright I or A. Millwright 11: be capable, without direction of fitting, aligning and lubrication and taking apart and reassembling plant equipment. In addition, is expected to be able to weld, operate shop tools and do pipe fitting as required. Must under direction, become proficient at effective methods of trouble shooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical faults in plant machinery. I: Must be capable without direction of performing all practices under Xxxxxxxxxx Must under directionbecomeproficient at reading and understanding blueprints, all phases of installing new equipment, laying out hydraulic and mechanical drives and meet speed and power requirements correctly. Xxxxxxxxxx "A": Must he capable without direction, of performing all under Xxxxxxxxxx X, and Must take full responsibility for work done by himself or his assistant. Must he in possession of a Millwright Certificate or a Machinist Certificate or Welder Certificate. Millwrightspresently employed in this classification will not be required to have a Certificate.

  • Faculty Workload The workload of faculty includes student advising, maintaining and improving expertise in a discipline and in pedagogy, serving on departmental and university committees, contributing to student growth and development, evaluating student performance, scholarly activities, and service to university and community, as well as teaching and class preparation. Additionally, as a professional, a faculty member shall devote a substantial amount of his/her workload to course preparation, research, the maintenance of professional expertise, innovations in teaching/learning and other similar activities. These endeavors shall comprise the faculty member’s workload.

  • Small and medium-sized enterprises 1. The Parties will promote a favourable environment for the development of the small and medium enterprises (SME) on the basis of strengthening of the relevant private and governmental bodies, as well as the exchange of experiences and good practices with the SME. 2. Cooperation shall include, among other subjects: (a) the designing and development of mechanisms to encourage partnership and productive chain linkage development; (b) development of human resources and management skills to increase the knowledge of the Chinese and Peruvian markets; (c) defining and developing methods and strategies for clusters development; (d) increasing access to information regarding mandatory procedures and any other relevant information for an SME exporter; (e) defining technological transference: programs oriented to transfer technological innovation to SME and to improve their productivity; (f) increasing access to information on technological promotion programs for SME and financial support and encouragement programs for SME; (g) supporting new exporting SME (sponsorship, credits and guarantees, seed capital); and (h) encouraging partnership and information exchange for SME financing institutions (credits, banks, guarantee organizations, seed capital firms). 3. Cooperation shall be developed, among other activities, through: (a) information exchange; (b) conferences, seminars, experts dialogue and training programs with experts; and (c) promoting contacts between economic operators, encouraging opportunities for industrial and technical prospecting.
