MILEAGE AND HOURLY RATES. (a) Effective the date of ratification the following schedules shall prevail: Mileage Effective Hourly 62.1034 cents July 1, 2018 $25.0235 62.9784 cents July 1, 2019 $25.3735 63.9784 cents July 1, 2020 $25.7735 65.1034 cents July 1, 2021 $26.2235 66.3534 cents July 1, 2022 $26.7235 Riggers shall receive $0.25 per hour above rates specified herein. The New York State Teamsters Freight Division and Employer or Employers Association, where applicable, agree to establish a mile- age committee for the purpose of establishing proper pay mileage on all operations, originating points, metropolitan areas, etc. The Employers shall notify each Local Union of what mileages are being paid, what they contend the true mileages are, and what mile- ages are in dispute. Both sides must meet within one week to agree on the corrected mileages. Failure to agree automatically sends the matter to the Joint State Grievance Committee which will make a final and binding decision, which decision shall be effective on the date of the Grievance Committee hearing, so that whatever disput- xx xxxxx are proven shall be retroactive to the day of the hearing. Where obligated to depart from the routes customarily traveled, road drivers shall be paid for additional off-route mileage at the prevailing mileage rate. Whenever there is a dispute over mileage, mileage shall be logged by the Union and the Employer, such findings to be final and bind- ing. When the route is logged, starting point at origin shall be the terminal and ending point destination shall be the terminal.
MILEAGE AND HOURLY RATES. (a) It is agreed the Union and the Company willjointly determine the terminal mileage basis to be used during the term of this Agreement. When charts are completed, a meeting between the Local Union and the Company will be held to formulate procedures to be followed in any area where a decrease in miles occurs. Mileage on trips to non-terminal points will be determined by the use of the current program using the shortest distance formula.
