Military Duty Leave. In accordance with State and Federal laws, any employee required by official military orders or related authority to attend Military Reserve Training shall receive full wages at their current base pay rate for the period of the active duty required for such training, not to exceed fifteen (15) days per calendar year. Employees who are in service of the armed forces of the State or the United States shall be entitled to leave of absence without pay as provided in Minn. Stat. § 192.261. Employees requesting military leave, as provided in this Article, shall furnish the Employer with notification and a copy of the official military order at the earliest possible date.
