Military Service Leave. Military leaves of absence and reemployment rights upon return from such leave shall be granted in accordance with applicable laws. Employees who are members of Canada’s Primary Military Reserve shall in the event of activation, have their job positions protected with no loss of seniority or length of service until such time as they return to work.
