Military Spouse Leave. Employees who work more than 20 hours per week and have family member(s) in the Armed Forces, National Guard or Reserves who have been deployed during a period of military conflict will be given up to 10 unpaid days off when their family member(s) are on leave from military deployment, in accordance with State and Federal Law.
