Military Spouse Leave. To the extent required by applicable law, up to fifteen (15) days of unpaid leave per deployment will be granted to a qualified nurse (who averages 20 or more hours of work per week) whose spouse is on leave from deployment or before and up to deployment, during a period of military conflict. A nurse who takes leave under this provision may elect to substitute accrued paid leave to which the nurse is entitled for any part of such leave.
