Anniversary Increment. An anniversary increment shall be applied as follows: Eight-tenths of one percent (.8%) each year of employment from the 16th to the 25th year, to a total of eight percent (8%) at the 25th year and thereafter. Employees working less than eight (8) hours per day shall be granted a proportionate share of the maximum increment. Increment payments to employees shall be made monthly during their duty year [e.g. ten (10)-month employees will receive their increment in ten (10) equal payments]. A year shall be construed as seventy-five percent (75%) or more of a normal work year.
Anniversary Increment. 23.08.1 The San Xxxx Unified School District shall provide anniversary increments at the following rates:
a. Three percent (3%) beginning at 6 years of completed service in the District.
b. Six percent (6%) beginning at 11 years of completed service in the District. (The 6% includes the 6 year increment.)
c. Nine percent (9%) beginning at 15 years of completed service in the District. (The 9% includes the 6 year and 11 year increments.)
d. Twelve percent (12%) beginning at 20 years of completed service in the District. (The 12% includes the 6, 11 and 15 year increments.)
Anniversary Increment. Beginning with the fifteenth (15th) year of service in the Lancaster School District a $2000 anniversary increment shall be added to the salary. An additional $2000 service increment shall be added at the beginning of the twentieth (20th), twenty-fifth (25th), thirtieth (30th) and thirty-fifth (35th) year of service. An additional $1,234 will be added to the fortieth (40th) year of service in the Lancaster School District.
Anniversary Increment. A. Definition The Anniversary Increment is recognition of employees who, in positions requiring certification, have given satisfactory service to the District and community for many years. Service is interpreted as regular contract employment in a position requiring certification of not less than 60% of full-time; summer service is not applicable. District-granted medical or military leave shall be counted in the years of service.
Anniversary Increment. 7.8.1 Effective July 1, 2021, supervisory employees shall be granted an anniversary increment $54.69 per month beginning after six full years of service as a permanent classified employee and continuing each year until reaching a cumulative maximum of $656.28 per month (twelve increments). Anniversary increments shall be prorated on the basis of hours worked in relation to full time; for example, four hours of work would be 4/8 (50%) entitlement to the anniversary increment. The increase to longevity pay for additional or overtime hours beyond the regular assignment for monthly supervisory employees will commence on January 1, 2022.
Anniversary Increment. 15.1 The Foresthill Union School District shall provide anniversary increments at the following rates:
15.1.1 Two (2%) percent (of the teacher's base salary) for 15 years of completed service in the District.
15.1.2 Four (4%) percent (of the teacher's base salary) for 20 years of completed service in the District. (The 4% includes the 15 year increment)
15.1.3 Six (6%) percent (of the teacher's base salary) for 25 years of completed service in the District. (The 6% includes the 15 year and 20 year increments)
15.2 These anniversary increments shall be based upon years of completed service for teachers actively employed in the Foresthill Union school District.
15.3 The criteria for entitlement shall be as follows:
15.3.1 Service must have been performed in paid status as a regular unit member of the District.
15.3.2 The teacher must have worked 135 days of a school year in order to receive credit for that year.
15.3.3 Service shall include assignments in component districts prior to unification.
15.3.4 Service need not have been continuous.
15.3.5 Time served on paid sabbatical leave will be considered creditable service.
15.3.6 Time served on regular leave of absence (other than paid sabbatical) shall not be considered as being in paid status.
15.3.7 Service as a substitute or temporary member will not be counted unless such time is incorporated into the regular service by law.
15.3.8 The anniversary increment percentage shall be applied to the unit members base salary from the certificated salary schedule. The increment shall not apply to service performed under the extra assignment provisions.
15.3.9 The effective date of longevity pay shall commence with the beginning of the 16th, 21st, and 26th year of completed service. Each year must be consistent with the fiscal year, as stipulated under District contract.
Anniversary Increment. 6.5.1 Members of the bargaining unit who complete ten (10 years) of full-time service during the term of this Agreement shall receive $94.00 per month additional salary beginning with the first full payroll period following the anniversary date.
6.5.2 Members of the bargaining unit who complete fifteen (15) years of full-time service during the term of this Agreement shall receive $94.00 per month additional salary in addition to the $94.00 per month for the ten-year anniversary increment beginning with the first full payroll period following the anniversary date.
6.5.3 Members of the bargaining unit who complete twenty (20) years of full-time service during the term of this Agreement shall $94.00 per month additional salary in addition to $94.00 per month for ten-year anniversary increment and the $94.00 per month for 15-year anniversary increment beginning with the first full payroll period following the anniversary date.
6.5.4 Members of the bargaining unit who complete twenty-five (25) years of full-time service during the term of this Agreement shall receive $94.00 per month additional salary in addition to $94.00 per month for ten-year anniversary increment, the $94.00 per month for 15-year anniversary increment, and the $94.00 per month for 20-year increment beginning with the first full payroll period following the anniversary date.
6.5.5 Effective July 1, 1995, unit members who have completed thirty (30) years of full- time service during the term of this Agreement shall receive $94.00 per month additional salary, in addition to the $94.00 per month for the ten-year anniversary increment, the $94.00 per month for the 15 year anniversary increment, the $94.00 per month for the 20 year anniversary increment, and the $94.00 per month for the 25 year anniversary increment beginning with the first full payroll period following the anniversary date.
6.5.6 Effective July 1, 2000, unit members who have completed thirty-five (35) years of full-time service during the term of this Agreement shall receive $94.00 per month additional salary in addition to $94.00 per month for ten-year anniversary increment and the $94.00 per month for fifteen-year anniversary increment and the $94.00 per month for twenty-year anniversary increment and the $94.00 per month for twenty-five-year anniversary increment and the $94.00 per month for thirty-year anniversary increment beginning with the first full payroll period following the anniversary date.
6.5.7 During the term of...
Anniversary Increment. An employee who has performed in a satisfactory manner as described 13 in his/her most recent performance rating shall be entitled to any anniversary salary increments 14 provided for in Appendix A. 15 16 Incorrect Salary Placement: Errors in current salary schedule placement shall be corrected only 17 during the fiscal year in which they are discovered, and such corrections shall apply only to that 18 fiscal year. 19
Anniversary Increment. 1. The District shall pay a longevity stipend after 20 and 25 years of service in the District. Refer to salary schedules.
Anniversary Increment. 7.8.1 Effective July 1, 2016, Supervisory employees shall be granted $50.76 per month beginning after six full years of service as a permanent classified employee and continuing each year until reaching a cumulative maximum of $609.12 per month (twelve increments). Anniversary increments shall be prorated on the basis of hours worked in relation to full time; for example, four hours of work would be 4/8 (50%) entitlement to the anniversary increment. To increase to longevity also includes the equivalent of a 0.5% increase to total compensation based on the 2015-16 salary schedule. The increase to longevity pay for additional or overtime hours beyond the regular assignment for monthly supervisory employees will commence on December 1, 2016, that was Board approved on November 15, 2016 of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
