Common use of Minimum Reporting Pay Clause in Contracts

Minimum Reporting Pay. If an employee reports for work as scheduled but for whom no work at his/her regular job is available, or because a change was made in the schedule without notifying the employee concerned at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance, he/she shall be entitled to a minimum of four (4) hours pay.

Minimum Reporting Pay.
