MINIMUM SHIFT 10.01 No employee shall be scheduled to work for less than three (3) hours in any one (1) shift. If no work or insufficient work is available, said employee shall nevertheless be paid for the full three (3) hours at their appropriate hourly rate of pay.
Minimum Pay Employees who work less than four (4) hours shall be paid for four (4) hours and if worked more than four (4) hours shall receive pay for the actual time worked unless they are working directly with Cement Masons, and they will receive eight (8) hours of pay if worked in excess of four (4) hours. If an employee leaves or quits of their own volition, they shall be paid for actual time worked at applicable straight and overtime rates. If a new hire is put to work and judged by the Employer to be unsatisfactory, that person shall be paid only for the actual time worked.
Minimum scope of coverage Commercial general coverage shall be at least as broad as Insurance Services Office Commercial General Liability occurrence form CG 0001 (ed. 11/88) or Insurance Services Office form number GL 0002 (ed. 1/73) covering comprehensive General Liability and Insurance Services Office form number GL 0404 covering Broad Form Comprehensive General Liability. Automobile coverage shall be at least as broad as Insurance Services Office Automobile Liability form CA 0001 (ed. 12/90) Code 1 (“any auto”). No endorsement shall be attached limiting the coverage.
Minimum Payment (a) Overtime worked on a Saturday or Sunday will be paid for at the rate of double Ordinary Rates. Employees required to work on a Saturday or Sunday will be afforded a minimum 4 hours work, or be paid as if for 4 hours at the aforementioned overtime rates.
