Term of Engagement This Agreement will remain in effect for 12 months from the date of this Agreement. The parties hereto may terminate or extend this Agreement at any time by written consent.
Minimum Term Each Service will continue for its specified Minimum Term and thereafter for any Renewal Term(s) unless notice to terminate the Service is given in accordance with this Agreement.
Minimum Engagement Any employee including casuals instructed to report to work, including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, and work ceases due to any reason, or not required to start after reporting to the site or depot, will be paid a minimum of four hours
Renewal Contract Term Upon mutual written agreement, the Parties may renew this Contract, in whole or in part, for a Renewal Term not to exceed the Initial Contract Term, pursuant to the incorporated Special Contract Conditions.
Initial Term and Renewal This Agreement shall become effective upon its execution and, shall have an initial term of five (5) years. Following the expiration of the initial term, the Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms until such time that the Agreement is terminated by either Party upon giving the other Party six (6) months’ written notice of termination.
Contract Term The period of Contractor's performance shall begin on November 1, 2018 and end on October 31, 2019 with an option to renew for an additional three (3) twelve (12) month periods.
Initial Term The initial term will begin on the date set forth in the Contract documents or on the date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later.
CONTRACT TERM - RENEWAL In addition to any stated renewal periods in the Contract, any Contract or unit portion thereof let by the Commissioner may be extended by the Commissioner for an additional period(s) of up to one year with the written concurrence of the Contractor and Comptroller. Such extension may be exercised on a month-to-month basis or in other stated periods of time during the one year extension.
Scope of Engagement Client hereby engages each of Arete and IndieBrokers to act as co-managers of the proposed Offering on a “Best Efforts” basis. Therefore, Client understands that there is no guarantee that the Co-Managers will be able to successfully complete the Offering or successfully assist Client in raising capital and neither Co-Manager has any obligation to purchase or sell any Securities. Project Term The Project shall commence on the Signature Date, and shall endure for the Project Term.
