Minimum Time Served in a Position. 30 Employees will serve a minimum of six (6) months in a position, 31 including initial trial service employees, prior to being considered eligible for a - 72 - 1 transfer into another position.
Minimum Time Served in a Position. 22 Employees will serve a minimum of one (1) year in a position, including initial trial 23 service employees, prior to being considered eligible for a transfer into another 24 position. An employee may request, and transfer to another position before the end of 25 the one year period, if approved by management.
