MIS Services. “MIS Services” shall mean management and information services of the types and scope provided by DSPGL for its own operations in the ordinary course of business, including but not limited to network, hardware and software maintenance and support services.
MIS Services. Titan shall provide reasonable management information services to the Company, including coordination of intercompany network services and database management services between Titan and the Company, information technology planning services and centralized procurement of hardware and software and custom software development. Titan may provide additional management information services as are mutually agreed between Titan and the Company. In addition, Titan shall allow the Company and its wholly owned subsidiaries to access, display and use software systems and programs owned by or licensed to Titan, except to the extent that Titan is precluded by its licenses from providing such access, display or use.
MIS Services. Each Service Provider agrees that it shall provide reasonable management information services to Company relating to Services provided to Company hereunder, including coordination of network services between the Service Provider and Company, and information technology planning services. A Service Provider may provide additional management information services as are mutually agreed between the Service Provider and Company.

MIS Services. Reuters or the applicable member of the Reuters Group shall provide the following services to Moneyline (the “MIS Services”):
(A) the contact person designated by Reuters in Section 6 shall provide a user name and password to each user designated by Moneyline in writing of the MIS systems to access those databases which contain information related to Moneyline clients within the MIS- related software applications;
(B) access to the databases to which the Moneyline-designated users shall have access shall generally record and archive information related to order management, order capture, processing and billing of Moneyline records (including without limitation, Add-On Software and other Software for which Moneyline must generate User counts), maintaining and transmitting Moneyline User authorizations to the Ticker Plant, and compiling and producing reports of Exchange and third party accesses and the associated fees payable to the Exchange or the third party;
(C) access to the MIS databases via Procomm software or via thin web browser to an intranet site as set forth in Section (4) of the Reuters Technical Operations Schedule, the databases which run the authorizations and restrictions models, the exchange entitlement and reporting modules, permissioning, reporting and billing modules, lookup and editing functions, and order processing modules (including bulk MIS requests), and the reporting (both electronic and hard copy) relating to the foregoing modules;
(D) maintain the interface which transmits data between MIS and Moneyline’s SAP system and/or SAVVIS’ Vantive (or successor) system; and
(E) processing bulk orders reasonably requested, whether initiated by a Moneyline Client or by Moneyline or a member of the Moneyline Group.
MIS Services. From the Spinoff Date until December 31, 2001, subject to earlier termination or reduction as provided in this Agreement, GenTek shall provide and furnish to the GCG Group, and GCG shall be entitled to obtain from GenTek, the services and functions relating to management information systems of the GCG Group or required for the conduct of the Industrial Chemicals Business (collectively, the "MIS Services", and together with Transition Services, the "GenTek Services"), including (i) the services and functions for the remediation and mitigation of the risk that the management information systems used in the Industrial Chemicals Business or by the GCG Group will not function effectively after December 31, 1999, and (ii) the human resources and finance services and functions related to, or provided through, management information systems. In connection with the provision of the MIS Services, the GenTek Group shall make available to the GCG Group the personnel of the GenTek Group engaged for the management information systems of the GenTek Group (including the consultants and advisors of the GenTek Group engaged in connection therewith).

MIS Services. Seller agrees to provide to Buyer access to Seller's central computer system substantially equivalent to that which existed prior to Closing, including without limitation, use of the "Growth Power" software for the use of the Business at its present location for a term beginning on the date hereof and ending not later than January 31, 1999. Buyer shall pay Seller on a monthly basis an access fee of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) per month for the first three (3) months and Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) per month thereafter or a prorated amount thereof for any partial month. Buyer may terminate such service upon at least thirty (30) days prior written notice to Seller. Seller shall endeavor to provide the services set forth on Schedule 3.4.9 and to provide Buyer with access to the computer system, but Seller makes no warranty to Buyer regarding the accuracy, completeness, adaptability, or functionality of any such services or software provided to Buyer pursuant to this Section, and Seller shall not be liable to Buyer or any third party regarding Buyer's use of or access to Seller's computer system.
