Miscellaneous Policies. A. Age Requirement: No one under 16 years of age, including infants, will be permitted on the Show floor at any time. This includes during set-up and tear down, as well as the show itself. Show Management reserves the right to request proof of age. B. Live Animals: No live animals other than assistance animals are allowed.

By ordinance, music is required to cease at 10:00 pm.

CLIENT and his/her guests are restricted to the rental area. Main Street Junction will not be responsible for items left behind, before, during or after an Event. Main Street Junction reserves the right to take photographs of Events for its own records and for use in future. CLIENT must make sure that the number of guests does not exceed the stated amount.

Renter will be held responsible, and is subject to any fines associated with fire code penalties. • CMP is not responsible for items left before, during or after the event. • CMP does not provide storage for equipment or belongings before or after the event. • CMP may enter the rented premises at any time. • CMP reserves the right to take photographs for its own records and future advertising use. Clean-up is the Renter’s responsibility. Renter will provide sufficient supervision of guests to minimize food and beverages spills during the event. CMP will supply appropriate cleaning materials and Renter is responsible for the following: • Decorations: Remove all decorations and personal belongings. • Keys: Lock doors and return keys to proper location. • Tables: Cleaned off and wiped down. • Chairs: Place in original orderly or stack, and wiped down if necessary. • Floors: Vacuum rugs, floor and restroom area, where necessary (vacuum provided) • Trash: Remove trash from all receptacles (including restrooms). Replace with provided garbage bags. Dispose of trash in dumpsters near Cy’s east entrance. (Hwy 41 side of the building). • Lights: Turn off lights. (Light by restrooms remains “ON” at all times.) • Keys: Lock up and return key(s) to proper location. Initial/Date If Renter provides alcoholic beverages, proof of insurance will be required. • Renter shall provide proof of homeowner’s insurance policy that carries Host Liquor Liability coverage (this is usually a standard within homeowner policies) OR shall take out, at their expense, general liability insurance naming Chaska Mill Properties as an additional insured. • A copy of the insurance coverage must be submitted to CMP at least 30 days prior to the event. CMP holds the right to restrict Renter from providing alcoholic beverages or to cancel the event and retain 50% of the payment if proof of insurance is not provided 30 days prior to the event.

Client must ensure that the number of guests does not exceed the number of guests defined in Section 1. Regardless of the number of guests stated in Section 1, the number of guests shall never exceed the number of individuals allowed in the rented area. G. Everyone must follow the smoking policy. No smoking is allowed inside the facility. Smoking is only allowed outside and in designated smoking areas where signs are posted. H. All notices required or permitted under this Agreement may be given to a party in writing either personally, or by certified mail, postage prepaid, addressed to such party at the address herein or at such other address as one party may from time to time notify the other in writing. If notice is intended for Client, notice shall be sent to the address described in Section 1. If notice is intended for AVON GC LLC dba PRESTWICK COUNTRY CLUB, notices shall be sent to: I. Client acknowledges that other events may be scheduled at any time for other spaces within the AVON GC LLC dba PRESTWICK COUNTRY CLUB that are not covered by this lease. Such other use of the AVON GC LLC dba PRESTWICK COUNTRY CLUB is not a violation of this Agreement.

Miscellaneous Policies. A maximum of one (1) year of sabbatical leave may be granted. A quarter or semester leave may be granted if a satisfactory substitute is available. The Association member who receives sabbatical leave must agree to return to the District for at least two (2) years in Independent School District No. 77. If the Association member does not return, the salary received while on sabbatical leave shall be refunded within a five (5) year period with interest at current bank rates. No more than one (1) Association member shall receive a sabbatical leave during any one period.
