Miscellaneous Salary Benefit Provisions. Miscellaneous salary benefits such as longevity adjustments to the salary schedule of payment for work in excess of the number of days stipulated in the agreement shall be made for individual teachers in accordance with the provisions of Appendix A Part II - Miscellaneous Salary Benefits.

  • MISCELLANEOUS BENEFITS This Agreement is not intended, and shall not be deemed to be in lieu of any rights, benefits, and privileges to which Employee may be entitled as an Employee of Bank under any retirement, pension, profit sharing, insurance, hospital, bonus, vacation, or other plan or plans which may now be in effect or which may hereafter be adopted by Bank, it being understood that Employee shall have the same rights and privileges to participate in such plans and benefits, as any other employee, during the period of his employment.

  • Benefit Provisions The following benefits will be provided to employees based on eligibility requirements in the local collective agreements:

  • Miscellaneous Leaves 4.1.1.0.0. Application for Miscellaneous Leave shall be made to the Executive Superintendent of Employee Services or designate. The Teacher shall notify the principal at the time the application is made and whenever possible shall make the application at least five days prior to the day for which the leave is requested. 4.1.2.0.0.   • Miscellaneous Leave Leave with or without pay may be granted for the following purposes subject to the criteria set out below being met:

  • Death Benefits Upon the Executive's death during the Contract Period, his estate shall not be entitled to any further benefits under this Agreement.

  • Compensation for Convenience Termination If City shall terminate for its convenience as herein provided, City shall compensate Consulting Engineer/Architect for all Engineering/Architectural Services satisfactorily completed to date of its receipt of the termination notice and any additional Engineering/Architectural Services requested by City to bring the Project to reasonable termination. Compensation shall not include anticipatory profit or consequential damages, neither of which will be allowed.

  • Salary and Fringe Benefits The employee shall be paid a salary which is the pro- rata share of the salary which the employee would have earned had he or she not elected to exercise the option of reduced workload. The employee shall retain all other rights and benefits enjoyed by full-time members of the unit.
