MISSISSIPPI INSURANCE. To the fullest extent permitted by Mississippi, the Customer agrees to purchase, maintain and carry the following insurance coverages prior to Customer beginning Work or Operations on the job site. The Customer shall procure the following coverages for Company: a) worker's compensation and employer's liability insurance, with limits of at least the statutory minimum or $1,000,000, whichever is greater; b) primary non-contributory commercial general liability (“CGL”) insurance on an occurrence basis, including bodily injury and property damage coverages with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000, in the aggregate; c) excess/umbrella following form non-contributory insurance in the amount of at least $5,000,000 and Customer’s primary and excess/umbrella policies must be endorsed so that they are primary and non-contributory to all of Company’s insurance policies; d) inland marine/all-risk and or builder’s risk which includes an all-risk physical damage insurance, on a primary non-contributory basis, to cover the full insurable value of any equipment, for its loss or damage from any and all causes, including, but not limited to, overloading, misuse, fire, theft, flood, explosion, overturn, accident, and acts of God and Customer shall pay all deductibles and or coinsurance requirements of the inland marine/builders risk policies provided by Customer and Customer shall also provide the greater of 6 months or $500,000.00 rental reimbursement coverage or similar coverages for the Company’s benefit for any loss or if the equipment is damaged, stolen, lost or destroyed; e) all policies are to be written by insurance companies acceptable to the Company; f) for all liability insurance policies (including any excess/umbrella policies) Customer shall name as an additional insured, Company and Company’s officers, directors, shareholders, members, managers, partners and employees, all affiliated partnerships, joint ventures and corporations of Company and anyone whom Company is required by contract to name as an additional insured; g) Customer shall use all of the following ISO endorsements to provide additional insured status and coverage to Company: CG 2001 04 13, CG 20 10 10 01, CG 20 37 10 01, CG 20 28 07 04, CG 20 34 03 97, CG 20 26 04 13, CG 25 03 03 97, and CG 24 04 05 09; h) Additional Insured coverage shall include, but not be limited to, coverage for any and all liability of Company arising out of any statute, regulation or duty imposed by ...

  • Group Insurance 38.01 The Group Insurance Plan presently in effect shall remain in effect during the term of this Agreement.

  • Fire Insurance The LESSEE shall not permit any use of the leased premises which will make voidable any insurance on the property of which the leased premises are a part, or on the contents of said property or which shall be contrary to any law or regulation from time to time established by the New England Fire Insurance Rating Association, or any similar body succeeding to its powers.   • Commercial Automobile Insurance If the Grantee’s duties include the use of a commercial vehicle, the Grantee shall maintain automobile liability, bodily injury, and property damage coverage. Insuring clauses for both bodily injury and property damage shall provide coverage on an occurrence basis. The Department, its employees, and officers shall be named as an additional insured on any automobile insurance policy. The minimum limits shall be as follows: $200,000/300,000 Automobile Liability for Company-Owned Vehicles, if applicable $200,000/300,000 Hired and Non-owned Automobile Liability Coverage

  • Health Care Insurance While a faculty member is on an approved leave of this type, the faculty member will be advised regarding the right to continue health care benefits in accordance with COBRA during the period of unpaid absence.

  • Group Insurance Plan The carriers, coverage, and terms and conditions of participation under the District’s Group Insurance Plan are subject to change in accordance with the applicable provisions of Title I, Division 4, Chapter 10 of the California Government Code (Section 3500 et seq.) (Xxxxxx‐Milias‐Brown Act).

  • HEALTH AND LIFE INSURANCE The Sheriff will continue to offer to employees of this bargaining unit the same health and life insurance programs being offered to other Sheriff’s Office employees. Due to the changing nature of the health insurance market, the Sheriff retains the right during the term of this Agreement to develop plan changes or to change carriers in order to reduce costs or for other reasons. Changes to the level and types of benefits shall be subject to bargaining as provided by law. Rates paid by the employee will be established by the Sheriff.

  • Crime Insurance Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract Crime Insurance on a “loss sustained form” or “loss discovered form,” and coverage must include the following:  The policy must allow for reporting of circumstances or incidents that might give rise to future claims.  The policy must include an extended reporting period of no less than one (1) year with respect to events which occurred but were not reported during the term of the policy.  Any warranties required by the Contractor’s insurer as a result of this Contract must be disclosed and complied with. Said insurance shall extend coverage to include the principals (all directors, officers, agents and employees) of the Contractor as a result of this Contract.  The policy shall include coverage for third party fidelity and name “The People of the State of New York, the New York State Office of General Services, any entity authorized by law or regulation to use this Contract as an Authorized User and their officers, agents, and employees” as “Loss Payees” for all third party coverage secured. This requirement applies to both primary and excess liability policies, as applicable.  The policy shall not contain a condition requiring an arrest and conviction.  The policy shall include coverage for computer crime/fraud.

  • Trauma Insurance All employees will be covered by an Incolink administered lump sum insurance policy providing financial compensation in the event of a major work related (ie. WorkCover) accident resulting in death or permanent total disablement. The full and precise conditions of this cover will be in accordance with the terms of the policy, but in general will provide that, in the event of a workplace accident occurring which results in either the death or total permanent disablement of a worker covered by this Agreement, a lump sum payment as specified below will made. The defined payments are: With dependants $250,000 Without dependants $150,000 This benefit has been agreed to by the company on the grounds that premium costs have been set at $7 per week/worker and will not exceed that amount. In the event of insurance costs rising, it is agreed that the table of defined benefits will be reduced so as to maintain the $7 premium figure. To maintain this cover the company agrees to pay the amounts every week for each employee.

  • Income Protection Insurance The Employer shall provide Income Protection Insurance through an ETU nominated policy and scheme. It is agreed that the premium will be collected and administered by the “Protect” Severance Scheme at the same time as severance payments are made. Income protection will be paid for the employees and will be paid for all periods of authorised absence and cannot be on a pro-rata basis. It is agreed the Income Protection Insurance payments are paid on a monthly basis by the 14th day of each month. It is agreed that if the Employer has not made a valid or current insurance payment to “Protect”, the Employer shall be liable for any loss of earnings or benefits that would have otherwise been given to the employee. The rates of payment and cover shall be as follows: From 1/1/06 to 28/2/07* From 1/3/07 to 31/12/08* From 1/1/09* Tradesperson’s Premium $19.70 per week $20.90 per week $24.00 per week** For Cover $1,100 $1,100 $1,200** Apprentice Premium $12.50 per week $13.50 per week $19.90 per week** For Cover $660 $660 $750** * These rates are inclusive of GST and stamp duty. ** These are the premium rates and levels of cover that shall apply, unless reduced by the agreement of NECA and the ETU. It is the intention of NECA and the ETU to seek a lower premium. The premium rates and level of cover shall not exceed the amounts set out in the final column of the table above. The insurance benefits contained in this Policy will not be reduced during the life of this Agreement.
