Mixed Schools. OSSTF member’s assigned workload below the grade 9 level shall be required to provide consent, in writing, prior to beginning of the assignment, annually. The Employer shall notify the Bargaining Unit of the assignment prior to the beginning of the assignment, annually.

  • High Schools Wherever possible, no more than eighty students shall be tested at any one time.
