Mobile Deposit Process. If we approve the Mobile Deposit service for you, you must use your Online Banking password with your Login to access your accounts. You may photograph an image of checks with your Remote device creating an electronic image and you may transmit the electronic image that the Credit Union will deposit to your account. The Credit Union's processing agent shall perform an image quality assessment of the imaged checks and shall convert items meeting the Credit Union's required standards into substitute checks to facilitate the deposit and collection of such items. You agree that the manner in which checks are cleared or presented for payment shall be determined by the Credit Union, in its sole discretion. We reserve the right to select the clearing agents through which we clear checks. Funds Availability. For purposes of funds availability, mobile Deposits are considered deposited at a branch of the Credit Union subject to the following deposit cut-off time limits. Mobile deposits confirmed as received before 5 pm on a business day will receive provisional credit to your account that same day. Deposits confirmed received after 5 pm on a business day, and deposits confirmed received on Saturdays, Sundays and federal holidays receive provisional credit the following business day. There may be additional holds on deposited items as set forth in the Credit Union's Funds Availability Policy disclosure, as amended from time to time, which is incorporated herein by reference. For purposes of determining the cut-off period for deposits and the availability of funds, checks deposited via Mobile Deposit session are considered received by the Credit Union when the checks have cleared and funds are available to the Credit Union. You agree that the imaging and transmitting of checks alone does not constitute receipt by Credit Union. Also, acknowledgment of receipt or delivery does not constitute an acknowledgment by Credit Union that the transmission of a check or items does not contain errors or that funds will be available.

Mobile Deposit Process. You may log into e-Posit™ Mobile using the Advantages Online™ Mobile Banking application to access the check deposit tool in which you select the deposit account, enter the check dollar amount and take a digital photograph of both sides of the physical check you wish to deposit. You must include the wordsFor mobile deposit only to UECU” in the endorsement section on the back of your check. If the images are acceptable and the amount entered equals the amount written on the check, you will then be asked to confirm your information and submit the deposit. When the image and information are successfully submitted, you will receive an on-screen confirmation of the deposit, which includes a Batch ID reference number. NOTE: your check image will be rejected if you do not indicate “for mobile deposit only to UECU” in the endorsement section on the back of your check. If your deposit is not accepted during the review process, you will receive an email notification. You may check the status of a deposit in Advantages Online™.

  • Mobile Deposit The Mobile Deposit feature enables you to use a software application together with your Wireless Access Device to create electronic images of the front and back of certain Original Checks (defined below) and transmit those images and other information, including, without limitation, information captured from the magnetic ink character recognition (“MICR”) line, to us for review and processing in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Mobile Deposit Service Pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, you may use the Service to deposit Items to your Account by creating an Image of the Item using a Mobile Device, and transmitting that Image to us for deposit.   • Mobile Deposit Security You will complete each deposit promptly. If you are unable to complete your deposit promptly, you will ensure that your mobile device remains securely in your possession until the deposit has been completed. You will notify us immediately by telephone with written confirmation if you learn of any loss or theft of original checks. You will ensure the safety and integrity of original checks from the time of receipt until the time of destruction. If warranted in our reasonable judgment, we may audit and monitor you, and you agree to cooperate with us to permit such monitoring, to confirm that you have satisfied your obligations under this Agreement.

  • MASTER CONTRACT PROMOTION; ADVERTISING AND ENDORSEMENT Contractor represents and warrants that it shall use commercially reasonable efforts both to promote and market the use of this Master Contract with eligible Purchasers and to ensure that those entities that utilize this Master Contract are eligible Purchasers.
