Mobilization Fee. In addition to Operator’s obligation to pay the Standby Rate in accordance with Paragraph 705 and to supply Operator’s Items, Operator shall pay Contractor a Mobilization Fee as specified in Appendix A which shall be earned on the date the Drilling Unit departs for the Operating Area.
Mobilization Fee. As part of the Payment Basis, Owner shall pay Xxxxx ***** Dollars ($*****), as a mobilization fee as soon as allowed by its organizational documents, but in no event later than five (5) days after the Effective Date.
Mobilization Fee. As part of the Contract Price, Owner shall pay Design-Builder Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000), as a mobilization fee, as soon as allowed by its organizational documents and any other agreements or Laws and at the latest, at the earlier to occur of Financial Closing or the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. The Twenty Million Dollar ($20,000,000) mobilization fee payment shall be subject to retainage as provided by Section 10.2.7.
Mobilization Fee. (i) The City shall pay the Operator a mobilization fee of $180,000.00 for mobilization and training (“Mobilization Fee”). The Operator shall invoice the Mobilization Fee in three equal monthly payments beginning two (2) months after the Execution Date, or the start of mobilization by the Operator, whichever is later.
Mobilization Fee. As compensation for the services provided by Operator during the Mobilization Period, Operator shall be entitled to a one time fee equal to two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000), payable within thirty (30) days after the earlier of the Leased Equipment Mobilization Date or the Project Mobilization Date.
Mobilization Fee. Upon acceptance of the applicable SOW, an initial payment (the “Mobilization Fee”) of ten percent (10%) of the total value of the SOW shall be due to Company. Upon payment of the Mobilization Fee, Company shall establish communication channels and project management office for coordinating the delivery of Services specified in the applicable SOW.

For the Mobilization Services provided by Contractor, Contractor shall invoice the total amount described below (“Mobilization Fee”), which will be divided in 12 (twelve) equal instalments, each to be invoiced monthly, on or about the fifth day of the Mobilization Phase and on or about the fifth of each month thereafter. 5.4.3.1. In the event that the Operation Phase commences less than twelve (12) months after the commencement of the Mobilization Phase, Contractor shall be entitled to immediately invoice the remaining balance of the Mobilization Fee, so as to reach the overall amount indicated in Option A or Option B of Section 5.4.3, whichever applicable.
Mobilization Fee. During the Mobilization Period, the Owner shall pay to the Operator an aggregate fixed fee of US$ ….. payable in the installments and at the times specified in Schedule 1, on account of all Operator Services to be provided during the Mobilization Period. Each installment of the Mobilization Fee shall, subject to Article 14.5., be paid not later than 28 days after the date of receipt by the Owner of the relative invoice in accordance with Article 14.1.
