Module Periods. 6.4.1. Each Module Period begins on the Module Start Date for the relevant Module as stated in Item 6 of Part B – Panel Appointment Details. 6.4.2. Each Module Period ends on the Module Initial End Date as stated in Item 6 of Part B – Panel Appointment Details unless DTA: a. extends the applicable Module Period under clause 6.4.3; b. suspends or terminates the Seller from the Module; c. notifies the Seller that it will remove a Module from the Panel under clause 7.1.2; or d. ends or terminates this Panel Agreement. 6.4.3. DTA may extend the Module Period for any period or periods up to the Module Extension Date stated in Item 6 of Part B – Panel Appointment Details. The DTA will notify the Seller of an extension at least 30 Business Days before the Module Initial End Date.‌ 6.4.4. Any extension will be on the same terms and conditions as this Panel Agreement.

Each Module Period begins on the applicable Module Start Date and ends on the applicable Module Initial End Date as stated in Item 7 of Schedule A1 - Panel Appointment Details unless: a. DTA extends the applicable Module Period under clause 6.5.2; b. this Panel Agreement ends or is terminated; c. DTA notifies the Seller that a Module will be removed from the Panel in accordance with clause 7.1.2; or d. the Seller is suspended or terminated from the Module. 6.5.2. DTA may extend the Module Period for a further period ending no later than the applicable Module Extension Date as stated in Item 7 by notifying the Seller at least 30 Business Days before the Module Initial End Date.‌ 6.5.3. Any extension will be on the same terms and conditions, and cover the same Products and Services, as set out in this Panel Agreement.

  • Meal Periods (a) Meal periods shall be scheduled as close as possible to the middle of the scheduled hours of work. The length of the meal period shall be agreed to at the local level and shall be not less than 30 minutes nor more than 60 minutes. (b) An employee shall be entitled to take their meal period away from the workstation. Where this cannot be done, the meal period shall be considered as time worked.

  • Notice Periods The notice period (expressed in Working Days) to be given by the Customer in respect of Clause 38.1 shall be the number of whole days that is 20% of the total duration of the final SOW to be executed under this Contract, up to a maximum of 30 Working Days. Partial days shall be discounted in the calculation and the duration of the SOW shall be calculated in Working Days. For example, if the duration of the SOW is 10 Working Days: 20% of the SOW is 2 days. The Notice Period = 2 Working Days; or if the duration of the SOW is 62 Working Days, 20% of the SOW is 12.
