Any juvenile classified into segregated housing for any reason other than protective custody shall be allowed out of their cells throughout the regular school day with other juveniles in general population so long as there are no co-defendants or keep-separates in the same housing pod: i. In the event that there are co-defendants or keep separates in the same housing pod, the Sheriff’s Office shall implement a rotating schedule that utilizes alternative accommodations within the correctional facility in order to prevent co-defendants or keep separates from having direct contact with each other.
