WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS. No premium payment will be due for work on Saturdays and Sundays. Double time will be due for work on contractually mandated holidays.
WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS. If the last or appointed day for the taking of any action required or the expiration of any right granted herein shall be a Sunday, or a Saturday or shall be a legal holiday or a day on which banking institutions in Tulsa, Oklahoma, are authorized or required by law to remain closed, then such action may be taken or right may be exercised on the next succeeding day which is not a Sunday, a Saturday or a legal holiday and not a day on which banking institutions in Tulsa, Oklahoma, are authorized or required by law to remain closed.
WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS. The Sheriff’s Office shall utilize an expanded rotation schedule for co-defendants and keep separates that allows for greater time in programs, recreation or other facility accommodations in order to minimize the duration of time spent in segregated housing as described in Exhibit 3 – Rotation Schedule/Alternative Housing Options.
WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS. Masonry Tender required to work by management on Sundays, Saturdays, or designated holidays shall be paid at double (2x) the regular hourly rate on these shifts. Overtime hours on Saturdays, Sundays or designated holidays are to be paid as time and one half (1-1/2x) of this double time (2x) rate. All overtime hours worked on contract holidays will be paid as time and one half (1-1/2x) of the double time (2x). The practice of banking overtime hours shall not be permitted.
WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS. Notwithstanding Section 4.1(a):
(i) if the deadline for payment under such provisions falls on a Saturday, such deadline shall be deemed to have instead fallen on the immediately preceding Business Day;
(ii) if the deadline for payment under such provisions falls on a Sunday, such deadline shall be deemed to have instead fallen on the immediately succeeding Business Day;
(iii) if the deadline for payment under such provisions falls on a Monday that is not a Business Day, such deadline shall be deemed to have instead fallen on the immediately succeeding Business Day; and
(iv) if the deadline for payment under such provisions falls on a Day that is neither a Business Day nor a Saturday, Sunday or Monday, such deadline shall be deemed to have instead fallen on the immediately preceding Business Day.
WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS. If the final day of any period of time set out in this Agreement falls on a Saturday, Sunday or federal holiday, such period shall be deemed extended to the next day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or federal holiday.
WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS. Time and a half payment will be due for work on Saturdays and Sundays. Double time will be due for work on contractually mandated holidays.
WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS. If the last day for giving any notice or taking any action required or permitted under this Agreement would otherwise fall on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, that last day shall be postponed until the next legal business day.
WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS. Etc. If the time period by which any right, option or election provided for under this Agreement must be exercised, or by which any act required hereunder must be performed, or by which the Closing must be held, expires on a day which is a Saturday, Sunday, or official federal or a state holiday for the state in which the Property is located, then such time period shall be automatically extended through the close of business on the next business day.
WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS. If any payment hereunder is required to be made on any date which is a Saturday, Sunday or federal or Colorado bank holiday, such payment shall be made on the next succeeding day on which banks in Colorado are open for business with the same force and effect as if made on the date as originally required.
