Monitoring Station. One (1) security personnel, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
Monitoring Station. A building or other suitable structure installed at or between the ends of the West Jefferson Lake System where it exits the Subordinate Service District and the Connection Point, containing flow metering and sampling equipment and other apparatus to accurately monitor the strength and volume of wastewater being discharged.
Monitoring Station. Granite shall be permitted to subcontract its monitoring services under this Agreement and Subscriber agrees and acknowledges that the provisions of this Agreement inure to the benefit of and are applicable to any subcontractors engaged by Granite to provide services set forth herein to Subscriber, and bind Subscriber to said subcontractor(s) with the same force and effect as they bind Subscriber to Granite. Accordingly, Granite and Subscriber expressly agree that each of Granite’s subcontractors is an intended third party beneficiary of the provisions and protections extended to Granite hereunder including specifically, but without implied limitation, Subscriber’s Duties set forth in Section 9; the Exculpatory Clause, Disclaimers of Warranty, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Subrogation, Lien Law, and all other provisions set forth in Sections 17-21; and the Governing Law, Limitations of Lawsuits, Waiver of Jury Trial set forth in Section 23. Subscriber is not a third party beneficiary to any agreement between Granite and any of its subcontractors. Subscriber agrees that it shall have no independent cause of action against any of Granite’s subcontractors for performance hereunder.
Monitoring Station. The Acquired Companies provide alarm monitoring services for their customers through the Company's central monitoring stations located in Fresno, San Dimas and Santa Monica, California (the "Central Stations"). Except as disclosed in Schedule 3.32, (a) the Central Stations are operated in conformity with current Underwriters' Laboratory and all applicable insurance rating organization's standards, (b) no deficiency reports have been issued by Underwriters' Laboratory or by any other applicable insurance rating organizations relating to the operations of the Central Stations, (c) all fire inspections required pursuant to customer agreements or Underwriters' Laboratory or other applicable insurance rating organization's standards relating to certified fire alarm systems installed at the premises of customers of the Acquired Companies have been performed, if and to the extent required thereunder, (d) no deficiency reports have been issued by Underwriters' Laboratory or by any other applicable insurance rating organizations relating to the operations of the Central Stations, and (e) the alarm systems for which certificates have been issued by applicable insurance rating organizations comply in all material respects with the Underwriters' Laboratory or other applicable insurance rating organization's specifications and standards for such systems.
Monitoring Station. The County shall be responsible for acquisition, construction, maintenance, and insurance for the Monitoring Station as provided in this Section.
Monitoring Station. The monitoring station will operate software developed by Global Wireless System. This software will allow a customer to observe the status of all UPS's equipped with a Wireless Remote Unit.
Monitoring Station. The operator of the CCTV system shall be capable of providing all command related functions such as pan/tilt/zoom to the cameras, as well as retrieving recorded video.
