Fire Alarm Systems. The Parties acknowledge that the Fire Alarm Systems work is being done under a General Plant Services Agreement by the site Fire Department. The work identified in the General Plant Service Agreement as Fire Department work prevails. • The system smoke head back to the terminal box would be considered work of the Electrical Technician classifications. • The terminal box is the electrical Technician classification with the exception of the PCS, cards, and programming. • From the Emergency Pullbox back to the terminal box is electrical Technician work. Note: At the terminal box both the electricians and the Electronic/Instrument Maintenance classifications may enter the box and conduct troubleshooting activities that would affect their specific responsibilities. The parties agree to utilize this jurisdictional guidance to both assure fair and reasonable job assignments and to efficiently conduct work evolutions. The parties further agree initial work planning will be provided in advance regarding the above general guidance with the mutual understanding to reconvene jurisdictional discussions if so warranted.
Fire Alarm Systems. If the Premises has an automated fire alarm system, Xxxxxx agrees that Lessee shall not cause or permit any damage to or misuse of the fire alarm system. Lessee shall be responsible for payment of all costs and expenses for repairs related to the fire alarm system, including monitoring fees, phone lines for monitoring, inspection fees and maintenance costs, except in the case of CRMC’s failure to perform or negligent performance of a duty imposed by law. All maintenance and repair work shall be performed by a licensed alarm system contractor of CRMC’s choice, and at CRMC’s sole direction. Lessee shall pay all charges assessed and/or billed by any governmental agency for each and every activation of the fire alarm not related to an actual fire emergency, regardless of whether the alarm was activated intentionally, negligently or otherwise. CRMC may pay such charges and such charges shall be immediately due and payable to CRMC as additional rent. Xxxxxx also agrees to pay CRMC a minimum fee of $75.00 for each false alarm to reimburse CRMC’s expenses incurred in responding to false alarms.

Fire Alarm Systems. If the Work to be performed involves fire alarm systems, Contractor will comply with Attachment 4, General Requirements For Fire Alarm Systems Projects For Hormel Facilities And Subsidiaries, revised 10/2013.
Fire Alarm Systems. 4.28.1 To permit the Landlord and any company which is responsible for servicing and maintaining the fire alarm system (the Systems) in the Centre to enter the Property upon reasonable notice (except in cases of emergency) during the Centre Opening Hours for the purpose of servicing and maintaining the Systems, the Landlord or company respectively causing as little disturbance as possible and making good any damage to the Property and the fixtures fittings of the Tenant caused by such entry;
4.28.2 Not to install in the Property any equipment or apparatus which:
(a) is intended to be an extension of any of the Systems and to be connected to any of the Systems, other than such equipment or apparatus as is compatible with the equipment of any of such Systems and that has been approved in writing by the Landlord, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld; or
(b) may affect the performance of the Systems;
(c) not to make any connection to any of the Systems in the Property so as to affect any of the Systems outside the Property without the prior consent of the Landlord, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld;
Fire Alarm Systems. 1. The fire alarm system will be modified and devices will be added as required by code to accommodate the Tenant improvement Outline Plans.
Fire Alarm Systems. A complete UL approved fire alarm system will be provided as required by code for the base building. The system will monitor sprinkler flow, isolating valves, smoke detectors, and individual pull alarms. Remote test stations for all duct smoke detectors will be installed with the base building, and will be temporarily mounted on an adjacent surface until future tenant walls or ceilings are installed. The complete fire alarm system will have capacity for the Tenant space and work in these areas will be part of the Tenant Improvement work.
Fire Alarm Systems. Per the Marriott life safety system report dated August 23, minor corrections were requested. It is unknown if this was completed. These need to be corrected. Maintenance
Fire Alarm Systems. The property will be served via a fully addressable-networked fire alarm system. The central control station (fire command center) will house the head end equipment and graphic annunciators per highrise requirements. Network nodes (data gathering panels) are distributed throughout the property and serve a specific region of the facility. The system provides detection, annunciation, occupant notification and monitoring in accordance with highrise requirements and the parameters outlined in the Highrise Fire Protection Report.
Fire Alarm Systems. By February 28, 2019, the District will ensure that the fire alarm systems at the School have permanently installed audible and visual alarms, and that they operate properly, in accordance with Sections 215 and 702 of the 2010 Standards.
