Monthly listing of new and terminated employees. 19 The County agrees to furnish the Union by the 10th of each month a 20 listing of the following:
21 a. All new bargaining unit employees hired during the previous 22 month and of all employees who terminated during the previous month. Such listing shall 23 contain the names of the employees, along with their job classification, work location, and 24 mailing address.
25 b. All bargaining unit members, their social security number, 26 department/section, classification, base pay, birthday, fulltime/part-time status and number of 27 scheduled hours, county seniority date, classification seniority date and mailing address.
28 c. All bargaining unit members who are fair share.
29 d. Listing of all other County employees, their classification and 30 department.
Monthly listing of new and terminated employees. 15 The County agrees to furnish the Union by the 10th of each 16 month a listing of the following:
17 a. All new bargaining unit employees hired during the 18 previous month and of all employees who terminated during the previous month. Such 19 listing shall contain the names of the employees, along with their department, division and 20 section, job classification, base pay, date of birth, full-time/part-time status, number of 21 scheduled hours, County and Classification seniority dates, work phone number and email 22 address, work location, and home mailing address.
23 b. All bargaining unit members. Such listing shall contain the 24 names of the employees, along with their department, division and section, job 25 classification, base pay, date of birth, fulltime/part-time status, number of scheduled hours, 26 County and Classification seniority dates, work phone number and email address, work 27 location and home mailing address.
28 c. All bargaining unit members who are fair share. Such 29 listing shall contain the names of the employees, department, division and section, job 30 classification, County and Classification seniority dates, work phone number and email 31 address, and work location.
32 d. Listing of all other County employees. Such listing shall 33 contain the names of the employees, department, division and section, and job 34 classification. 35 e, The County shall provide a monthly report to the Union 36 containing an accounting of the hours worked by each on-call employee for the month.

Within thirty (30) days after the execution of this Agreement and 8 monthly thereafter for the term of this Agreement, the County shall provide the 11 of the employees, along with their job classifications, work locations for full-time and 12 part-time employees, home addresses, home phone number, SAP number, and 13 dates of employment.
14 2. Each month subsequent to the establishment of the master list, 15 the County shall forward to the Association electronically the names, job 16 classifications, work locations for full-time and part-time employees, home addresses, 17 dates of employment, and SAP number of all new employees covered by this 18 Agreement and of all employees who terminated from the bargaining unit during the 19 month.
20 3. The Association shall advise the Chief Human Resources Officer 21 of the address to which the listings are to be sent.
