months on Continuous Shift Work. If a continuous shift worker has worked at least twenty rostered shifts on each of the three types of shift (ie. morning, afternoon and night shifts as defined in the Agreement during a twelve month period from the anniversary date of their employment and has made themself available for rostering on all of the three types of shift to Western Downs Regional Council over such period or since such date, such employee shall be entitled to an additional 38 hours paid annual holiday for each twelve month period in which an employee has so worked. The mere availability for continuous shift work shall not entitle an employee to addition annual leave.

months on Continuous Shift Work. If an employee during a 12 month period from the anniversary date of their employment works at least 20 rostered shifts of each type of shift defined in clause 2.7.3 (ie. morning, afternoon and night shifts) and has made themself available for rostering on all of the three types of shift by the employer over such period, such employee shall be entitled to an additional 38 hours paid annual holiday for each twelve month period in which an employee has so worked and been so available. These additional 3 8 hours do not attract leave loading.

  • Commencement of Service The Company hereby engages the Executive as President and Director and the Executive hereby agrees to such service on the terms and conditions described in this Agreement. The Executive is being engaged directly by the Company as an Executive who will be compensated for the services rendered as herein provided. This replacement Executive Service Agreement with the Company will commence on January 1, 2013 (the effective date of this contract).

  • Year of Service An Employee must complete at least Hours of Service during a Vesting Computation Period to receive credit for a Year of Service under Article V. [Note: The number may not exceed 1,000. If left blank, the requirement is 1,000.]
