Motor Vehicle Reports. Client acknowledges that motor vehicle reports (“MVRs”) and related information are considered Screening Reports for purposes of this Agreement. If Client requests MVRs or related information from AccuSource under this Agreement, then Client further represents and agrees that: (i) it is qualified to do business and validly holds all licenses required to operate Client’s business in all states where Client conducts business and/or has employees;

Motor Vehicle Reports. For a member with a valid driver’s license to be authorized by the Board to drive a school van or other school vehicle, the following qualifications must be attained: 1. An abstract from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles that allows the District to insure the member; 2. A satisfactory report from the State Bureau of Criminal Identification which is required every six years; 3. Must be physically qualified using required physical examination 4. Complete the pre-service training. 5. Maintain re-certification standards
Motor Vehicle Reports. If Customer purchases motor vehicle records ("MVRs") from CBCInnovis, Customer hereby certifies that MVRs shall only be ordered in strict compliance with the Driver Privacy Protection Act (“DPPA”, xx 00 X.X.X. §0000 et seq.) and any related state laws. Customer further certifies that no MVRs shall be ordered without first obtaining the written consent of the consumer to obtain “driving records,” evidence of which shall be transmitted to CBCInnovis in the form of the consumer’s signed release authorization form. Customer also certifies that it will use this information only in the normal course of business to obtain lawful information relating to the holder of a commercial driver’s license or to verify information provided by an applicant or employee. Customer shall not transmit any data contained in the resulting MVR via the public internet, electronic mail or any other unsecured means.

  • Motor Vehicles (i) Upon the Collateral Agent’s written request, each Grantor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent originals of the certificates of title or ownership for each motor vehicle with a value in excess of $10,000 owned by it, with the Collateral Agent listed as lienholder, for the benefit of the Noteholders. (ii) Each Grantor hereby appoints the Collateral Agent as its attorney-in-fact, effective the date hereof and terminating upon the termination of this Agreement, for the purpose of (A) executing on behalf of such Grantor title or ownership applications for filing with appropriate Governmental Authorities to enable motor vehicles now owned or hereafter acquired by such Grantor to be retitled and the Collateral Agent listed as lienholder thereof, (B) filing such applications with such Governmental Authorities, and (C) executing such other agreements, documents and instruments on behalf of, and taking such other action in the name of, such Grantor as the Collateral Agent may deem necessary or advisable to accomplish the purposes hereof (including, without limitation, for the purpose of creating in favor of the Collateral Agent a perfected Lien on the motor vehicles and exercising the rights and remedies of the Collateral Agent hereunder). This appointment as attorney-in-fact is coupled with an interest and is irrevocable until all of the Obligations are Paid in Full. (iii) Any certificates of title or ownership delivered pursuant to the terms hereof shall be accompanied by odometer statements for each motor vehicle covered thereby. (iv) So long as no Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, upon the request of any Grantor, the Collateral Agent shall execute and deliver to any Grantor such instruments as such Grantor shall reasonably request to remove the notation of the Collateral Agent as lienholder on any certificate of title for any motor vehicle; provided, however, that any such instruments shall be delivered, and the release effective, only upon receipt by the Collateral Agent of a certificate from any Grantor stating that such motor vehicle is to be sold or has suffered a casualty loss (with title thereto in such case passing to the casualty insurance company therefor in settlement of the claim for such loss) and the amount that any Grantor will receive as sale proceeds or insurance proceeds. Any proceeds of such sale or casualty loss shall be paid to the Collateral Agent hereunder immediately upon receipt, to be applied to the Obligations then outstanding.

  • Security Controls for State Agency Data In accordance with Senate Bill 475, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2054.138, Contractor understands, acknowledges, and agrees that if, pursuant to this Contract, Contractor is or will be authorized to access, transmit, use, or store data for System Agency, Contractor is required to meet the security controls the System Agency determines are proportionate with System Agency’s risk under the Contract based on the sensitivity of System Agency’s data and that Contractor must periodically provide to System Agency evidence that Contractor meets the security controls required under the Contract.
