Motorbikes. You must not store or use mopeds, motor bikes, mini-motos or quad-bikes within the dwelling (meaning the house, flat or maisonette in which you live), and you must not cause, allow, permit or encourage any member of your household or any visitor to do so.
Motorbikes. The Company shall provide each Team with the contact details of the Approved Hirer who will be able to provide each Team with a Vehicle for use in the Event, subject to the Team entering into an agreement (the "Borrowing Agreement") with the Hirer outlining the terms of use of the Vehicle. Should the Vehicle not be delivered to the Designated Finish Point 2pm the day after the end of the Event Period, then the team will be liable for either the cost to retrieve the Vehicle and/or the "Hire Costs" beyond this date. Each Vehicle will be of a similar specification to that outlined in Schedule 4 to the Team Entry Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Approved Hirer or of the Vehicle for participation in the Event and any rights or warranties which a Team may have or be granted in relation to the Vehicle shall be limited to those contained in the Borrowing Agreement or implied by any Relevant Law.
Motorbikes scooters, mopeds, and cars must only be parked in the rented parking spaces.

Motorbikes. In all 3 scenarios, either conventional street PTW or sport motorcycles are represented, the engine being typically around 600cc. Generally, motorbikes are in good state at the time of the accident. This confirms that the choices made for the two motorbikes in the French study, a sports-tourer and a roadster, are indeed relevant, as they are representative of motorbikes generally used and specifically observed in the most frequent scenarios in that country.
Motorbikes trail cycles, scooters, and other mobile vehicles of this type and all stationary internal combustion engine-driven equipment used on the contract area or over roads leading to the contract area, must be equipped with spark arresting devices listed as approved in the U.S. Forest Service Spark Arrestor Guide. Spark arresting devices must be plainly marked with the manufacturer's name and model number and must be properly installed and maintained in accordance with the guide. Heavy trucks may have a vertical stack exhaust system and muffler, provided the exhaust stack extends above the cab of the vehicle.
Motorbikes. Motor bikes are not permitted on the grounds. Residents should not overfill rubbish bins or leave items beside the bins. Please ensure rubbish is sealed in a plastic bag.

Motorbikes. You will be liable under Conditions 7.9 and 7.10 for any breach of this Condition 6.3.
