Movement of Cable System For and By City. The City may remove, replace, modify or disconnect Grantee's facilities and equipment located in the public right-of-way or on any other property of the City in the case of fire, disaster, or other emergency, or when a project or activity of the City=s makes the removal, replacement, modification or disconnection necessary or less expensive for the City. Except during an emergency, the City shall attempt to provide reasonable notice to Grantee prior to taking such action and shall, when feasible, provide Grantee with the opportunity to perform such action. Following notice by the City, Grantee shall remove, replace, modify or disconnect any of its facilities or equipment within any public right-of-way, or on any other property of the City, except that the City shall provide at least 60 days' written notice of any major capital improvement project which would require the removal, replacement, modification or disconnection of Grantee's facilities or equipment. If the Grantee fails to complete this work within the time prescribed and to the City's satisfaction, the City may cause such work to be done and xxxx the cost of the work to the Grantee. Within 30 days of receipt of an itemized list of those costs, the Grantee shall pay the City.////

D) The Employer will provide orientation and/or in-service which is necessary for the safe performance of work including universal precautions, the safe use of equipment, safe techniques for lifting and supporting patients/residents/clients and the safe handling of materials and products. The Employer will also make readily available information, manuals and procedures for these purposes. The Employer will provide appropriate safety clothing and equipment.

  • Transporting Students 1. Employees shall not transport students except in accordance with School Board rules. The Board shall adopt a school board policy outlining the teacher’s and the Board’s responsibilities and liabilities. Said policy shall be included in all school handbooks beginning with the 2004-05 school year. 2. Teachers will not be required to transport pupils to and from activities which take place away from the school grounds.
