Moving. Furniture and equipment shall be moved in and out of the Building only through such access as may be designated by Landlord for deliveries and then only during such hours and in such manner as may be prescribed by Landlord. If Tenant’s movers damage any part of the Improvements, Tenant shall pay to Landlord on demand the amount required to repair such damage.
