MTTR Objective. The End to End Customer Network MTTR objective, which measures performance within MCI WorldCom’s network infrastructure and MCI WorldCom-provided local access lines but excludes performance issues related to CPE, is 2 hours for Type 1 Access, and 4 hours for Type 2 and 3 Access.
MTTR Objective. Rogers offers the Customer with a Mean Time to Respond (MTTR) performance objective that measures the duration of time that the Rogers Equipment that connects a Customer Site to the Xxxxxx Wireless Network is Out of Service, as set out in Table 2 below. Such Rogers Equipment encompasses all elements from, and including, the router-modem to the network antenna located at the Customer Site. Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) is not considered as part of the network access. MTTR objectives are based on the location of the Customer’s Site. MTTR objectives only apply to Customer Sites that are within one hundred and fifty (150) km of a Rogers’ Tech Support dispatch location. LTE Fixed Wireless Access < 4 h N/A Mean Time to Respond (MTTR) is measured by calculating the average length of time it took to respond to a particular Customer access issue during a specific month. MTTR metrics are measured solely against Out of Service conditions on the applicable Rogers Equipment. MTTR metrics are based solely on Out of Service statistics collected by the Rogers Trouble Reporting System (TRS), and exclude the following: (i) an event of Force Majeure or other event beyond the reasonable control of Rogers; (ii) the LTE Fixed Wireless Access Services are not available or the Customer end-user devices are unable to transmit data traffic due to the failure, malfunction or (including, without limitation, any applications or software thereon) or any other applications, systems or equipment not owned or controlled by Rogers including, without limitation, Customer’s Internet Service Provider connections; (iii) individual Customer end-user devices are unable to transmit and/or receive data due to reasons other than a Rogers Wireless Network outage affecting the LTE Fixed Wireless Access Services; or (iv) the Xxxxxx Wireless Network was unavailable due to planned, routine or emergency maintenance.

(b) The Employer is accountable to: (1) Provide the management resource and support needed to achieve an injury and incident free Project; (2) Encourage its leaders to focus on issues raised by any member of their team; (3) Ensure its leaders act to address appropriately and in a timely manner, any concern raised by any member of their team; (4) Act at all times with fairness, honesty and in a trustworthy manner, responding to issues or concerns raised in a timely manner; (5) Recognise the talents and capabilities of their Employees and encourage excellence in construction execution. (c) Each Employee is accountable to: (1) Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work area, ensure safe and healthy work practices are followed at all times and within their duty of care, take responsibility for their personal safety and the safety of other Employees; (2) Comply with Project environmental health and safety regulations, procedures and practices; (3) Participate in and comply with the Project’s cultural and environmental processes; (4) Ensure their personal fitness for work on each day they are scheduled to work; (5) In all of their dealings with other Employees and their Employer, act with fairness and respect; (6) Work towards both the Project and their team’s goals to the full extent of their personal capacity; and (7) Raise any personal concern/issue directly with their immediate team leader/supervisor thereby providing the Employer with an opportunity to resolve/assist the concern/issue. If the team leader/supervisor is not available, then raise the matter with a more senior Employer leader.

  • PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES 4.1 The Performance Plan (Annexure A) sets out- 4.1.1 the performance objectives and targets that must be met by the Employee; and 4.1.2 the time frames within which those performance objectives and targets must be met. 4.2 The performance objectives and targets reflected in Annexure A are set by the Employer in consultation with the Employee and based on the Integrated Development Plan, Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) and the Budget of the Employer, and shall include key objectives; key performance indicators; target dates and weightings. 4.2.1 The key objectives describe the main tasks that need to be done. 4.2.2 The key performance indicators provide the details of the evidence that must be provided to show that a key objective has been achieved. 4.2.3 The target dates describe the timeframe in which the work must be achieved. 4.2.4 The weightings show the relative importance of the key objectives to each other. 4.3 The Employee’s performance will, in addition, be measured in terms of contributions to the goals and strategies set out in the Employer’s Integrated Development Plan.

  • Safety Objectives 55.1 The Parties recognise the potentially hazardous nature of the construction industry. To this end, the Parties to the Agreement are committed to continuous improvement in occupational health and safety standards through the implementation of an organisational framework which involves all Parties in protecting Employees’ health and safety. 55.2 In meeting these objectives, the Parties have agreed to consider a broad agenda through the consultative processes established by this Agreement. Such an agenda will include: (a) Measures designed to include the safe operation of plant and equipment; (b) Training issues including specific hazards, health and safety systems, and site induction; (c) Management of occupational health and safety through a comprehensive approach which aims to control hazards at their source, reduce the incidence and costs of occupational injuries and illnesses; and (d) Risk of fatigue (see clause 36.5). 55.3 The Employer will comply with all relevant work health and safety legislation, including the OHS Act, workers compensation legislation, regulations, codes of practice and relevant and appropriate Australian and Industry Standards as set out in Appendix F.
