Multiple Call-Backs. An employee who is contacted while serving a call back and is called to another site for additional duties shall not be compensated for a second or subsequent call back for this assignment. However, if the employee has left the work site, or sites, and is actually returning, or has returned, to his/her original point of contact, and is then called back again outside of the original two (2) hours minimum pay timeframe, the employee shall be compensated for an additional call back.

  • Call Backs 9.1 Call-back occurs when the employee:

  • Call Back Where employees are called back to work after having completed a regular shift, and prior to the commencement of their next regular shift, they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours of work or four (4) hours pay at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) their regular hourly earnings. Vendor agrees that if any "Indemnity" provision which requires the TIPS Member to indemnify Vendor is included in any TIPS sales agreement/contract between Vendor and a TIPS Member, that clause must either be stricken or qualified by including that such indemnity is only permitted, "to the extent permitted by the laws and constitution of [TIPS Member's State]” unless the TIPS Member expressly agrees otherwise. Any TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement containing an "Indemnity" clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable.

  • Limitations on Frequency and Dollar Amounts of Transactions We impose certain limitations on the number or dollar amount of transactions you can make with your Card. Detailed at the end of this Agreement is a table of limitations that apply to the Card. For security reasons, we may further limit the number or dollar amount of transactions you can make with your Card.   • Your Ability to Withdraw Funds This policy applies to deposits into accounts that are opened at the Bank. All deposits are processed at Bank's processing facility located in San Diego, CA, and are received either electronically, through the mail, or in person. Please do not mail cash deposits. In the event Bank receives cash deposits, you agree that the Bank's determination of the amount of the deposit will be conclusive. Determining the Availability of a Deposit The length of the delay is counted in business days from the day of your deposit. Every day is a business day, except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. If you make a deposit before our established cutoff time on a business day that we are open, we will consider that day to be the day your deposit is received by the Bank. However, if you make a deposit after our cutoff time or on a day we are not open, we will consider the next business day we are open to be the day of your deposit.
