Common use of National Representative Clause in Contracts

National Representative. The Union shall have the right to have the assistance of their full-time field representative when dealing with or negotiating with the Health Centre. With prior approval of the Director of Human Resources, such representative shall have access to the Health Centre premises in order to investigate or assist in the settlement of a written grievance under the contract.
