NEA LEAVE. The NEA Bargaining Unit shall have a total of fifteen (15) days paid leave for release time per school year to attend meetings and workshops and to conduct Association business. The Association President shall provide the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources and the Unit member's Principal written notice that a Unit member will be using such leave as far in advance as possible.
