The Transmission Congestion Charge for deliveries from each such source shall be the Network Service User's hourly net xxxx less its hourly net PJM Interchange payments or sales as determined in accordance with Section 3.2.1 or Sections 3.3 and 3.3.1 of this Schedule.

(e) The hourly net amount of energy delivered at each generation bus is determined by revenue meter data, if available, or by the State Estimator, if revenue meter data is not available. The total load actually served at each load bus is initially determined by the State Estimator. For each Electric Distributor that reports hourly net energy flows from metered tie lines and for which all generators within the Electric Distributor’s territory report revenue quality, hourly net energy delivered, the total revenue meter load within the Electric Distributor’s territory is calculated as the sum of all net import energy flows reported by their tie revenue meters and all net generation reported via generator revenue meters. The amount of load at each of such Electric Distributor’s load buses calculated by the State Estimator is then adjusted, in proportion to its share of the total load of that Electric Distributor, in order that the total amount of load across all of the Electric Distributor’s load buses matches its total revenue meter calculated load. LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve. LANDLORD will not be responsible for software issues related to the user’s personal computer.

  • Customer Content As part of the Services provided under this Agreement, Customer Data will be stored and processed in the data center region specified in the applicable Ordering Document. Axway is not responsible for unauthorized access, alteration, theft or destruction of Customer Content arising from Customer’s own or its authorized users’ actions or omissions in contravention of the Documentation.
