NIGHT AND WEEK-END PREMIUMS. 9.01 The Company agrees to pay a premium of 35 cents (.35¢) per hour to all regular and probationary employees for all hours worked between 3:30p.m. and 6:00am. This premium shall not be considered as part of such employees’ basic rates. Regular and probationary employees whose schedule calls for work on calendar Saturdays and/or Sundays shall be paid one and one-half times their regular rates for all scheduled hours worked on such days. Such premiums shall not be considered as part of such employees' basic rates. Sanitation employees required to work a regular shift on Saturdays (5th Shift) will be paid at their regular rates.

  • Weekend Premium Effective July 1, 2020, an employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and ten cents ($1.10) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours Friday and 2300 hours Sunday, or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provision.
