NIGHT DUTY PREMIUM. Employees shall be paid eight-and-one-half percent (8.5%) more than the base rate for each hour regularly assigned between 5:00 p.m. and midnight (12:00 a.m.) if the employee works at least one (1) hour of his/her shift between 5:00 p.m. and midnight (12:00 a.m.), except for those employees participating in an authorized flex-time program and who voluntarily work between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and midnight (12:00 a.m.). Shift pay of 8.5% be shall paid for the entire shift, provided at least five (5) hours of the employee's shift falls between 5:00 p.m. and midnight (12:00 a.m.).

Employees shall be paid eight percent (8%) more than the base rate for each hour regularly assigned between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. if the employee works at least four (4) hours of his/her shift between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., except for those employees participating in an authorized flex-time program and who voluntarily work between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Employees shall be paid ten percent (10%) more than the base rate for each hour worked between the hours of midnight (12:00 a.m.) and 7:00 a.m. provided that the employees’ regular shift includes at least four (4) hours between the hours of midnight (12:00 a.m.) and 7:00 a.m.

NIGHT DUTY PREMIUM. 195. Members of SFCWU (Painters) shall be paid fifteen percent (15%) more than the base rate for each hour regularly assigned to the SFO graveyard shift (11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.).

NIGHT DUTY PREMIUM. ‌ Employees shall be paid a premium of 10% of the straight time hourly base rate of pay for hours worked between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., if the employee works at least one (1) hour of the employee’s regular shift between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. excepting those employees participating in an authorized flex-time program and who voluntarily work between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. The night duty premium is computed and applied separate and apart from any other premium. Night duty premium will be given for the entire shift after five (5) or more hours provided at least five (5) hours of the employee’s shift falls between 5 pm and 7 am. Employees whose regular shift is night duty shall receive their night duty premium on all paid hours. This is limited to night duty premium only, and not any other premium.

NIGHT DUTY PREMIUM. Members of Local 1176 shall be paid fifteen percent (15%) more than the base rate for each hour regularly assigned to the SFO graveyard shift (11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.).
