Night Duty. 108.122. Any shift immediately following a regular day shift or commencing during any period of a day shift shall be considered a night shift, and employees working on such shift shall be paid ten percent (10%) above the regular day shift as set forth herein. A subsequent shift shall be known as a midnight shift and shall be paid fifteen percent (15%) above their regular day rate. The employer shall give at least one (1) weeks’ notice to the employee of the change of shift work. There shall be no shift change made to avoid holiday pay.
