Additional Week’s Annual Leave. (a) An Employee who is a weekend worker who works for more than four ordinary hours on 10 or more weekends is entitled to an additional week’s annual leave on the same terms and conditions.

Additional Week’s Annual Leave. (a) An Employee who is a shift worker for the purposes of the NES and the Agreement as defined in subclause 49.2 shall be entitled to one (1) additional weeks’ annual leave.

  • Taking Annual Leave (1) An employee may, on application approved by the Secretary, take annual leave in either of the following ways:

  • Payment of Annual Leave (a) If an employee takes annual leave during a period, the annual leave shall be paid at the employee’s ordinary pay immediately before the period begins.

During the first three (3) years of employment, a regular or limited term employee shall earn approximately five (5) hours and fifty-one (51) minutes of annual leave during each eighty (80) hour pay period (approximately one hundred fifty-two [152] hours per year), or a prorated amount for any pay period in which the employee is paid for less than eighty (80) hours.

  • Use of Annual Leave The Employer may, upon request of a practitioner and with sufficient cause being shown, which may in the circumstances be with little notice, grant that practitioner single days of annual leave for pressing personal emergencies.
