Night Stocking. The Employer will to the extent practicable and where it will not interfere with the efficient operation of the business, allow a full-time employee who requests to opt out of night stocking work and move to the day shift (defined for the purpose of this section as generally hours during which the store is open for business) after a minimum of three (3) months on nights. Said employee will be allowed a minimum of three (3) months on days before being re-assigned to nights.
