Night Teaching. It will not be the general rule to require night teaching on a continuous basis. However, the manager reserves the right to require night teaching in order to meet the needs of the students or College programs. Staff rotation for night teaching will be practiced whenever possible. For the purpose of this section, night teaching shall be defined to mean teaching a course that begins at or after 5:00 PM. A faculty member teaching a night course scheduled to conclude at 8:50 p.m. or later shall not be scheduled for a next-day morning course beginning before 10:00 a.m. without the approval of the faculty member.
