NO ASSOCIATION ACTIVITY ON SCHOOL TIME. Except as provided herein, the Association agrees that no employee or Association representative will engage in Association activities during his/her assigned duties.

NO ASSOCIATION ACTIVITY ON SCHOOL TIME. Except as provided herein the Association agrees that no member of The Unit will engage in association activity during the time he is assigned to teaching or other duties. No school department stationery or materials shall be used in the conduct of Union activities.
