No Commitment to Employment or Benefits. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as a commitment or agreement on the part of any person to continue employment with the AT Co. Group or Spinco Group, or as a commitment on the part of the AT Co. Group or Spinco Group to continue the employment, compensation, or benefits of any person for any period. This Agreement is solely for the benefit of the AT Co. Group, Spinco Group and the Company and nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer any rights, benefits, remedies, obligations or liabilities under this Agreement upon any Person, including any Spinco Employee, Spinco Individual, Alltel Wireless Employee, employee of the Company, or officer, director or contractor of the AT Co. Group, the Spinco Group or the Company, other than the Company and parties to this Agreement and their respective successors and assigns.
No Commitment to Employment or Benefits. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as a commitment or agreement on the part of any person to continue employment with the Entergy Group, TransCo Group or ITC Group or, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, as a commitment on the part of the Entergy Group, TransCo Group or ITC Group to continue the employment, compensation, or benefits of any person for any period or to provide any recall or similar rights to an individual on layoff or any type of Leave of Absence. This Agreement is solely for the benefit of the Entergy Group, TransCo Group and ITC Group and, except to the extent otherwise expressly provided herein, nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer any rights, benefits, remedies, obligations or Liabilities under this Agreement upon any Person, including any TransCo Employee or other current or former employee, officer, director or contractor of the Entergy Group, TransCo Group or ITC Group, other than the Parties and their respective successors and assigns.
No Commitment to Employment or Benefits. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as a commitment or agreement on the part of any person to continue employment with the Parent Group or SpinCo Group or, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, as a commitment on the part of the Parent Group or SpinCo Group to continue the employment, compensation or benefits of any person for any period or to provide any recall or similar rights to an individual on layoff or any type of Leave of Absence. This Agreement is solely for the benefit of the Parent Group and SpinCo Group and, except to the extent otherwise expressly provided herein, nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer any rights, benefits, remedies, obligations or Liabilities under this Agreement upon any Person, including any SpinCo Employee or other current or former employee, officer, director or contractor of the Parent Group or SpinCo Group, other than the Parties and their respective successors and assigns.
No Commitment to Employment or Benefits. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed (i) as a commitment or agreement on the part of any person to continue employment with the Blackstone Group or the PJT Group or, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, (ii) as a commitment on the part of the Blackstone Group or the PJT Group to continue the compensation or benefits of any person for any period, (iii) to provide any recall or similar rights to an individual on layoff or any type of Leave of Absence, (iv) to establish, amend or modify any benefit plan or arrangement, or (v) to prevent the PJT Group from terminating any employee for any reason. This Agreement is solely for the benefit of the Blackstone Group and the PJT Group and, except to the extent otherwise expressly provided herein, nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer any rights, benefits, remedies, obligations or Liabilities under this Agreement upon any Person, including any PJT Personnel or other current or former employee, officer, director or contractor of the Blackstone Group or the PJT Group, other than the Parties and their respective successors and assigns.
No Commitment to Employment or Benefits. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as a commitment or agreement on the part of any individual to continue employment with the Fox Group, Newco Group or Ainge Group or to provide any recall or similar rights to an individual on layoff or any type of leave of absence or, except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, as a commitment on the part of the Fox Group, Newco Group or Ainge Group to continue the compensation or benefits of any individual for any period. Without limiting the generality of Section 11.6, this Agreement is solely for the benefit of the Fox Group, Newco Group and Ainge Group and nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, (i) is intended to confer any rights, benefits, remedies, obligations or Liabilities under this Agreement upon any Person, including any Newco Employee or other current or former employee, officer, director or contractor of the Fox Group, Newco Group or Ainge Group, other than the Parties and their respective successors and assigns or (ii) shall constitute an amendment or other modification of any employee benefit plan of the Fox Group, Newco Group or Ainge Group.
No Commitment to Employment or Benefits. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as a commitment or agreement on the part of any individual to continue employment with the Xxxxxxx Group, Newco Group or NetScout Group or, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, as a commitment on the part of the Xxxxxxx Group, Newco Group or NetScout Group to continue the employment, compensation, or benefits of any individual for any period or to provide any recall or similar rights to an individual on layoff or any type of leave of absence. This Agreement is solely for the benefit of the Xxxxxxx Group, Newco Group and NetScout Group and, except to the extent otherwise expressly provided herein, nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer any rights, benefits, remedies, obligations or Liabilities under this Agreement upon any Person, including any Newco Employee or other current or former employee, officer, director or contractor of the Xxxxxxx Group, Newco Group or NetScout Group, other than the Parties and their respective successors and assigns.
No Commitment to Employment or Benefits. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as a commitment or agreement on the part of any person to continue employment with any member of the Parent Group, any member of the RJS Group or NewCo, as a commitment on the part of any member of the Parent Group, any member of the RJS Group or NewCo to continue the employment, compensation, or benefits of any Person for any specified period or to provide any recall or similar rights to an individual on layoff or any type of Leave of Absence. This Agreement is solely for the benefit of the Parties and, except to the extent otherwise expressly provided herein, nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer any rights, benefits, remedies, obligations or Liabilities under this Agreement upon any Person, including any Energy Supply Employee or any RJS Employee or other current or former employee, officer, director or contractor of the Parent Group, RJS or NewCo, or any legal representative or beneficiary thereof, other than the Parties and their respective successors and assigns.
No Commitment to Employment or Benefits. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as a commitment or agreement on the part of any person to continue employment with the Entergy Group, Enexus Group or EquaGen Group, or as a commitment on the part of the Entergy Group, Enexus Group or EquaGen Group to continue the employment, compensation, or benefits of any person for any period. This Agreement is solely for the benefit of the Entergy Group, Enexus Group and EquaGen Group and, except to the extent otherwise expressly provided herein, nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer any rights, benefits, remedies, obligations or liabilities under this Agreement upon any Person, including any Entergy Employee, Former Entergy Employee, Enexus Employee, Former Enexus Employee, EquaGen System Employee or Former EquaGen System Employee, or officer, director or contractor of the Entergy Group, Enexus Group or EquaGen Group, other than the parties to this Agreement and their respective successors and assigns.
No Commitment to Employment or Benefits. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as a commitment or agreement on the part of the WDC Group or Spinco Group to continue the employment of any individual or to provide any recall or similar rights to an individual on layoff or any type of leave of absence or, except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, as a commitment on the part of the WDC Group or Spinco Group to continue the compensation or benefits of any individual for any period, except as required by applicable Law. Without limiting the generality of Section 9.6, this Agreement is solely for the benefit of the WDC Group and the Spinco Group, and nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, (i) is intended to confer any rights, benefits, remedies, obligations or Liabilities under this Agreement upon any Person, including any Spinco Employee, Spinco Independent Contractor or other current or former employee, officer, director, contractor or other service provider of the WDC Group or Spinco Group, other than the Parties and their respective successors and assigns or (ii) shall constitute the adoption or establishment of, or an amendment or other modification to any Benefit Arrangement or any other compensation or employee benefit plan or arrangement of the WDC Group or Spinco Group.
