No Discipline. No employee shall be disciplined for refusal to work on a job or to operate any equipment that is unsafe. Such job or equipment is not to be re-assigned until Union is satisfied with safety modifications. Notwithstanding the statutory right of employees to refuse dangerous work, employees shall also have the right to refuse to accompany clients to their marital home.
