NO EXTRA CLAIMS COMMITMENT. During the life of this agreement the parties agree and are therefore bound not to pursue any additional claims. It is agreed that up to the nominal expiry date of this agreement: The parties will not pursue any extra wage claims against each other; The parties will not seek any changes to conditions of employment without mutual agreement; This agreement covers all matters or claims regarding the employment of the employees, which could otherwise be the subject of protected actions pursuant to the Workplace Relations Act: and The parties will not engage in protected action pursuant to the Workplace Relations Act; in relation to the performance of any work covered by this Agreement.
