Classifications, Rates of Pay and Allowances. Employees shall be engaged in the classifications set out in Attachment 1 to this Agreement and paid the corresponding rates in that Attachment. The rates set out in the Attachment have been ‘loaded’ to include payment of annual leave loading where appropriate and therefore no loading will be paid upon the taking of annual leave.
Classifications, Rates of Pay and Allowances. 9.1 Employees shall be classified in accordance with the classification definitions set out in clause 20 in Part B of this Agreement. 9.2 Employees shall be paid in accordance with the Rates of Pay set out in Part B of this Agreement. 9.3 A casual Employee will be paid the Rate of Pay prescribed in Part B of this Agreement which is inclusive of the Casual Loading for ordinary hours. 9.4 Eligible Employees will receive allowances in accordance with the Award. 9.5 Meal and rest breaks after ordinary hours and before overtime hours: (a) An Employee required to work overtime for 2 hours or more after working ordinary hours must be allowed a paid break of 20 minutes before commencing overtime work or as soon as practicable after commencing overtime work. (b) A further rest break must be allowed after completing each 4 hour period until the overtime work is finished. Any rest breaks will be paid for at the Rate of Pay. (c) Wherever reasonable and practical, the rest break must be taken at a time to coincide with any requirement to take a break under fatigue management rules/regulations. (d) Xxxx and an Employee may agree to apply any variation of this provision in order to meet the circumstances of the work in hand. (e) An Employee required to work overtime for 2 or more continuous hours will be entitled to a meal allowance in accordance with clause 19.5(f)(i). 9.6 An Employee required to start work 2 hours or more prior to their normal starting time must be paid the amount specified for a meal allowance in clause 19.5(f)(i) of the Award. 9.7 Employees will be provided with tea, coffee, sugar and milk in lunch room. 9.8 Wages will be paid weekly by electronic funds transfer. 9.9 Increases to the Rates of Pay are set out in Part B of this Agreement.

Classifications, Employee rates of pay and applicable Allowances are detailed in the Appendices of this Agreement. 4.1.2 Any payments or other entitlements provided to employees in excess of the minimum requirements set out in this agreement (if applicable) may be off set against any liability, claim or entitlement that an employee may claim against the Company with respect to their employment. 4.1.3 The provisions of sub-clause 4.1.2 of this Agreement, shall not operate or be applied in any way which may result in or have the effect of excluding or reducing NES entitlements.

It is recognised that in order to achieve a viable operation the parties to this Agreement must commit themselves to improve the productivity of the Team Global Express’s business. In particular it is recognised that the Team Global Express’s success is based on achieving levels of productivity consistent with international best practice. 6.2 The Employees commit to a high level of co-operation with management at all levels to enable operations to flow freely and efficiently with an ability to accommodate changes in the work plan and varying opportunities to ensure profitability. 6.3 Classifications and Rates of Pay (a) In determining which classification applies, an Employee's classification shall be determined based on the classification to which they are appointed and the duties they are required to perform i.e., skills required, not acquired.

(a) The allowance will be paid to employees who are required to regularly work ordinary hours between 1800 and 0600 hours.   • CLASSIFICATIONS AND RATES OF PAY ‌ 4.1 The classifications of employees covered under this Agreement and the corresponding rates of pay are set forth within Appendix “A” which is attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement. 4.2 Effective December 26, 2018,wages will be increased by .5% plus 100% of the annual average growth rate of the bi-monthly Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue Area Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) for the period June 2016 through June 2017 to the period June 2017 through June 2018, minimum 1.5% maximum 4%. 4.2.1 Effective December 25, 2019, wages will be increased by 1% plus 100% of the annual average growth rate of the bi-monthly Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue Area Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) for the period June 2017 through June 2018 to the period June 2018 through June 2019, minimum 1.5%, maximum 4%. 4.2.2 Effective January 6, 2021, wages will be increased by 1% plus 100% of the annual average growth rate of the bi-monthly Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue Area Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) for the period June 2018 through June 2019 to the period June 2019 through June 2020, minimum 1.5%, maximum 4%. 4.2.3 The base wage rates referenced above will be calculated by applying the appropriate percentage increase to base hourly rates or as otherwise provided for herein.   • REIMBURSEMENT FOR MILEAGE AND INSURANCE 1. An employee who is required by their employer to use their private vehicle for school district related purposes shall receive reimbursement of: Effective July 1, 2019 $ 0.56 c/Km Effective July 1, 2020 $ 0.57 c/Km Effective July 1, 2021 $ 0.58 c/Km 2. The mileage reimbursement rate established in Article B.10.1 shall be increased by 5 cents/kilometer for travel that is approved and required on unpaved roads. 3. The employer shall reimburse an employee who is required to use their personal vehicle for school district purposes, the difference in premium costs between ICBC rate Class 002 (Pleasure to/from Work) and ICBC rate Class 007 (Business Class) where the employee is required to purchase additional insurance in order to comply with ICBC regulations respecting the use of one’s personal vehicle for business purposes.

  • Rates of Pay (a) Employees shall be paid in accordance with the rates of pay negotiated by the Parties of this Agreement. For information purposes, the applicable rates of pay are recorded as Appendix A to this Agreement. (b) The distribution of paycheques shall be done in such a manner that the details of the paycheque shall be confidential.
