No Harassment/Discrimination. 4.01 (a) The Employer and the Union agree there shall be no discrimination, interference, restriction, harassment or coercion exercised or practiced with respect to any member of the bargaining unit in any matter concerning the application of the provisions of this Agreement by reason of race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, creed, sex, gender, age, political or religious affiliations, sexual orientation, record of offences, marital status, family status, handicap, immune status, nor by reason of membership or non-membership or activity or lack of activity in the Union.
