No Moonlighting. While a unit member is on parental leave, the unit member shall not accept employment with any other employer including, but not limited to, the Board.
No Moonlighting. A teacher on any leave of absence may not accept and/or engage in employment with any other employer including, but not limited to, the Board.
No Moonlighting. A teacher on FMLA may not accept and/or engage in employment with any other employer including, but not limited to, the Board.
No Moonlighting. During the Employee’s employment with the Employer, the Employee agrees not to accept or continue in any job, consulting work, directorship, or employment that may conflict with Employee’s duties and responsibilities to Employer, including the duty of loyalty, without the written approval of senior management of the Employer.

No Moonlighting. While a unit member is on jury duty leave, the unit member shall not accept employment with any other employer including, but not limited to, the Board.
No Moonlighting. During the Employee’s employment with the Employer, the Employee agrees not to accept or continue in any job, consulting work, directorship, or employment that may conflict with Employee’s duties and responsibilities to Employer, including the duty of loyalty, without the written approval of senior management of the Employer. Without limitation, Employee’s provision of physician services to Hospitalists pursuant to the Hospitalists Agreement, as amended from time to time, or other service agreement, and all work done on behalf of any other affiliate of Employer, shall not be deemed a violation of this provision.
No Moonlighting. During my employment with Infodata, I agree not to accept or continue in any job, consulting work, directorship, or employment other than with Infodata, without prior written approval of an officer of Infodata.
No Moonlighting. During my employment with Company, I agree not to accept or continue in any job, consulting work, directorship, or employment other than with Company, without the written approval of senior management of Company.
No Moonlighting. During your employment with Prism Solutions, you will not accept or continue in any other job consulting work, directorship, or employment with a person or entity involved in marketing products or services competitive with Prism Solutions, without the written approval of an officer of Prism Solutions.
