No Moratorium. The provisions of any Law which extends a date for paying money under this Lease or which abrogates, nullifies, postpones or otherwise affects any provision in this Lease shall not apply to limit the terms of this Lease.
No Moratorium. Any present or future legislation which operates to vary obligations between the Licensee and the Licensor, except to the extent that such legislation is expressly accepted to apply to this Licence or that its exclusion is prohibited, is excluded from this Licence.

No future amendment of any existing City ordinance or resolution, or future adoption of any ordinance, resolution or other action, that purports to limit the rate or timing over time of development or construction of all or any part of the Project or alter the sequencing of development phases or alter or limit entitlements to use or service (including but not limited to water and sewer), whether imposed by ordinance, initiative, resolution, policy, order or otherwise, and whether adopted or imposed by the City Council, an agency of the City or through the initiative or referendum process, shall apply to the Property or any portion thereof, provided, however, the provisions of this Section shall not affect City’s compliance with moratoria or other limitations mandated by other governmental agencies or court-imposed moratoria or other limitations; provided that the City shall not comply with any such moratoria or other limitations that are inconsistent with the Project Rules unless required pursuant to Section 2.9.2(b) or (c).
No Moratorium. Notwithstanding the declaration of any general moratorium or “standstill” (or any order or regulation having a similar effect) declared by the government of India or any Governmental Authority in respect of the payment or repayment of any company’s financial indebtedness (whether in the nature of principal, interest or otherwise), the Issuer shall continue to make all payments of Debt on the applicable Due Date(s).
