No Notice of Maternity Leave. An Employee who fails to comply with Article 11.2.2 and who is otherwise entitled to maternity leave, is entitled to maternity leave for the period specified in Article 11.2.1 if within two (2) weeks after she ceases to work she provides the Employer with a medical certificate which: (a) indicates that she is not able to work by reason of a medical condition arising from her pregnancy; and (b) gives the estimated date of delivery or the actual date of delivery.
